What are the opening times?

How can I reserve a table?

What's on the menu
The menu includes sushi and sashimi, Asian dishes and low-carb dishes with meat, fish or vegatarian / vegan.In addition, there are countless cocktails and international wines chilled accordingly in the walk-in wine coolers.
Can vegetarians and vegans also find something on the menu?
There are some delicious dishes on the menu for vegetarians and vegans. The service staff is available for advice.
Are there dishes for guests with allergies and intolerances?
Guests with allergies or intolerances should indicate this at the latest when ordering, but better still when making a reservation. The kitchen team has to prepare the Change dishes without certain ingredients, but without guarantee.

Do I have to cancel my reservation?
Please be fair and in this case cancel your table reservation in good time so that other guests have the opportunity to get a table at short notice.
What is the best way to get to the coast?
The coast by east is located directly on the Marco Polo Terraces and thus in the heart of the Hafencity. There are chargeable parking spaces in the vicinity.
The Überseequartier underground station is about 10 minutes' walk away. The Marco-Polo-Terrassen bus stop is just 100 meters away.
Is there WiFi in the restaurant?
In the coast by east there is free WiFi for guests.
Is there take away?
Yes, we take orders on +49 (0) 40 30 99 32 30, which must be picked up on site by arrangement.
We do not offer a delivery service.
Are children welcome?
Of course! If necessary, we can also provide high chairs for the little ones. A children's menu is also available.
Is the coast by east barrier-free?
The coast by east is largely barrier-free and has a disabled toilet at ground level.
Are there outside spaces?
The spacious outdoor terrace with an unobstructed view of HafenCity is open in spring and summer when the weather is good.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept AMEX, VISA and Mastercard credit cards as well as EC cards.
What about sustainability?
When putting together the menus, we rely on ingredients from the best producers and farmers. Direct reference and close contact with suppliers are very important. More information is available here.
Can the coast be booked exclusively for events?
The coast by east is available for exclusive rentals such as company or private parties.

Which restaurants in Hamburg are part of the east cosmos?
The east cosmos includes:
- east Hotel & Restaurant, the culinary mother ship with delicious sushi and dishes from Asian cuisine.
- clouds - Heaven's Bar & Kitchen in the dancing towers with extraordinary crossover cuisine and a view over Hamburg.
Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
As long as your four-legged friend behaves calmly and does not disturb any guests present, you are welcome to bring your dog.
What is there to discover in the area?
The coast by east is located in the middle of HafenCity.
The historic warehouse district of Hamburg is just a stroll away and attracts tourists with attractions such as the Miniaturwunderland and the Hamburg Dungeon.
A little further are the jetties, from which it is only a stone's throw to the famous Reeperbahn and the east Hotel & Restaurant.
